Product Features & Advantages

PP custom profiles are manufactured through an integrated extrusion process using polypropylene materials. Customized tooling can be developed according to drawings, dimensions, and profile designs, offering excellent overall performance.

1. Material Properties

Made from PP or modified polypropylene materials through thermoplastic extrusion. Formulations can be tailored to specific requirements. Non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and safe for various applications.

2. Weather & Corrosion Resistance

Excellent chemical stability with resistance to diluted acids, diluted alkalis, and salts. UV stabilizers can be added to enhance outdoor performance, preventing fading and cracking under prolonged sun exposure.

3. Excellent Mechanical Performance

High rigidity and bending strength with excellent load-bearing capacity. Compared with PE profiles, PP profiles offer higher hardness and better resistance to deformation over long-term use.

4. Long Service Life

Stable structure with excellent fatigue resistance. Slow aging under normal conditions ensures a long service life and reduced maintenance costs.

5. Strong Customization Capability

Supports customization of profile shapes, lengths, colors, and hardness. Additional modifications such as impact resistance enhancement, flame retardancy, and UV resistance are available. Secondary processing including cutting, drilling, joining, and bonding can also be provided.
