PE custom profiles are manufactured through an integrated extrusion process using polyethylene materials. Customized tooling can be developed according to drawings, dimensions, and profile designs, providing excellent overall performance.

Manufactured from LDPE, HDPE, or modified polyethylene materials through thermoplastic extrusion. Formulations can be customized to meet specific requirements. Non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly, suitable for household, outdoor, and certain food-contact applications."

Excellent chemical stability with strong resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and most organic solvents. Resistant to mold and corrosion during long-term outdoor use. Maintains toughness without cracking in low-temperature environments.
