ABS custom profiles are manufactured through an integrated extrusion process using premium ABS materials. Cross-sections, dimensions, colors, and functional modifications can be customized according to requirements.

1. Material Properties

Made from high-quality environmentally friendly materials with a dense and uniform structure. Offers stable mechanical properties, high rigidity, excellent toughness, impact resistance, and bending resistance. Resistant to cracking in low-temperature environments and maintains dimensional stability during long-term use.

2. Environmental Resistance

Resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis, mineral oils, and grease. Low water absorption ensures moisture-proof and mildew-resistant performance. Suitable for both low- and high-temperature environments. Long-term outdoor use will not easily cause yellowing, chalking, or moisture damage.

3. Functional Modification

Available with flame-retardant, UV-resistant, anti-static, and high-impact-resistant formulations. Smooth and uniform surface free from burrs and bubbles. Supports painting, electroplating, screen printing, film lamination, heat transfer printing, and anti-static treatments.

4. Flexible Customization & Processing

Supports custom tooling for various profile designs and secondary processing such as cutting, drilling, joining, and bonding, ensuring excellent assembly compatibility.
